Executive Assistant Manufacturing background
Job Summary
Our client is a leading manufacturing company based in Dubai known for delivering high-quality industrial solutions and innovative production capabilities. As part of their continued growth and expansion they are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to provide direct support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
Position Overview:
The Executive Assistant will act as the right hand to the CEO providing high-level administrative and strategic support. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented proactive and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role is critical in ensuring the CEOs time is optimized and the companys leadership operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO including managing schedules meetings travel arrangements and correspondence.
Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
Prepare reports presentations meeting materials and executive summaries for board and leadership meetings.
Coordinate and follow up on key initiatives ensuring timely execution of tasks and projects.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle business matters with discretion.
Support the CEO in strategic planning activities including research data analysis and preparing briefing documents.
Assist in organizing company events board meetings and executive engagements.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant preferably supporting a C-level executive.
Previous experience in a manufacturing industrial or engineering sector is a strong advantage.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
Ability to work under pressure and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
