Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive growth across the assigned region.
- Lead motivate and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve sales goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and distributors.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create tailored solutions for clients.
Requirements- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales management ideally in the consumer goods or bedding industry.
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing sales teams.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent analytical communication and presentation abilities.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
- Strong understanding of regional market dynamics and customer needs.
- Male.
- 35 to 45 years of age.
- Lebanese Jordanian or Egyptian national.
