Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a long-term sales strategy to grow market share and revenue on a national level.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing national sales team fostering a culture of success and accountability.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key accounts and strategic partners.
- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
- Prepare and present regular sales forecasts reports and performance metrics to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing to create promotional materials and campaigns that align with sales objectives.
Requirements- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Sales Marketing or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales management with a strong focus on the consumer goods or bedding industry.
- Demonstrated success in leading and developing national sales teams.
- Exceptional communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with performance metrics.
- Proficient in CRM and sales management software.
- Male.
- 35 to 45 years of age.
- Lebanese Jordanian or Egyptian national.
