Daily Accounting & Banking Operations:
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
Handle bank reconciliations payments and cash flow management.
CRM Monitoring & Financial Impact:
Monitor CRM entries and ensure financial data is accurately reflected.
Analyze CRM data for its impact on accounting and reporting.
Tax Compliance:
Prepare and file VAT and Corporate Tax returns.
Manage VAT refund claims and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations.
Contract Review & Financial Oversight:
Review contracts with real estate agents marketing agencies contractors and sub-consultants.
Ensure financial terms are aligned with company policies and regulatory standards.
Sales Process Support:
Review Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPA).
Configure due dates generate proforma invoices and manage collections for sold units.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in real estate accounting and finance.
Strong understanding of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software and CRM systems.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
UAE-qualified CA preferred.
