Accountant / HR Officer

Salary: AED 6000 per month (All-inclusive)
Hiring: Immediate / Urgent Requirement
A well-established Property & Real Estate Company based in Dubai is urgently looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Accountant / HR Officer to handle both finance and HR functions within the organization.
This is a dual-role position ideal for someone hands-on organized and comfortable managing both numbers and people processes.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Finance
- Manage daily accounting entries and bookkeeping
- Handle accounts payable & receivable
- Prepare monthly financial reports
- Assist in VAT preparation and compliance
- Bank reconciliations and expense tracking
- Coordinate with external auditors and consultants
HR & Administration
- Manage employee records and HR documentation
- Handle payroll preparation and WPS coordination
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes
- Support visa leave management and employee relations
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting and/or HR
- Experience in UAE is preferred
- Knowledge of accounting software (e.g. Zoho QuickBooks Tally or similar)
- Basic understanding of UAE Labor Law
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
