Lead revenue management initiatives for the property optimising occupancy Average Daily Rate (ADR) and RevPAR.
Monitor market trends competitor pricing and booking patterns to identify revenue opportunities.
Develop forecasts budgets and financial reports to support operational and strategic decisions.
Distribution & Channel Optimisation
Manage all online and offline distribution channels to maximise revenue and market visibility.
Ensure content accuracy and rate parity across OTAs GDS and direct booking platforms.
Drive initiatives to increase direct bookings and enhance channel performance.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Analyse guest segmentation booking patterns and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
Prepare regular reports and insights for senior leadership to support informed decision-making.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support
Work closely with Sales Marketing and Front Office teams to align revenue strategies with promotions campaigns and guest experience initiatives.
Provide guidance and support to operational teams on revenue-driven decisions pricing and packaging.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Hospitality Finance Business or related field.
35 years experience in revenue management or related analytics within luxury lifestyle or resort properties.
Strong analytical numerical and reporting skills; proficiency in revenue management tools and Excel.
Knowledge of GCC hospitality markets is highly desirable.
Strong communication organisational and teamwork skills.
Passion for optimising revenue and driving property performance.
