Job Summary

Black & Grey HR is recruiting a Business Development Executive to join our client s team in the luxury building materials and interior fit-out industry based in Dubai with operations spanning across the UAE. We re looking for a dynamic and driven professional with a solid understanding of marble stone and fitout projects who can identify new business opportunities and drive growth across commercial and residential sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify pursue and secure new business opportunities across the UAE in the marble stone and interior fitout segment.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants contractors designers architects and real estate developers.

- Understand client requirements propose suitable solutions and work with internal teams to prepare proposals and quotations.

- Conduct site visits and client meetings to assess project feasibility and follow up on leads.

- Stay updated with market trends competitor activity and emerging opportunities.

- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the company s revenue growth.

Requirements

- Proven experience in business development or sales in the marble stone or interior fitout industry.

- Strong network across the UAE construction design and real estate sectors.

- Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.

- UAE driving license is a must.

- Self-motivated target-driven and willing to travel across the Emirates.
