The Cluster Assistant IT Manager supports the Cluster IT Manager in overseeing hotel technology operations ensuring reliability security and efficiency of systems and guest-facing technologies. Key responsibilities include:
- Assist in planning implementing and maintaining IT infrastructure including networks servers and software systems.
- Support critical hotel systems (e.g. Property Management Point of Sale key card access IP telephony CCTV and guest Wi-Fi).
- Enforce cybersecurity protocols ensure data backups and maintain disaster recovery plans.
- Provide IT support across departments troubleshoot issues and train staff on IT systems and policies.
- Liaise with external IT vendors and corporate IT teams for support and system upgrades.
- Assist with IT budgeting procurement and asset inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with data protection laws and industry regulations.
- Participate in 24/7 support rotation for critical system issues and emergencies.
Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science or related field; 3 years of IT management experience preferably in hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality software systems networks servers Windows environments and cloud services.
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity data protection laws and disaster recovery planning.
- Excellent leadership communication and project management skills with ability to manage vendors and budgets.
