Job Summary

Role Overview

As a People & Culture Executive youll be at the heart of creating a positive and supportive workplace helping us attract welcome and grow the best talent. Youll provide day-to-day HR support while ensuring our culture and values shine through everything we do.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the recruitment and onboarding process ensuring new team members feel welcomed and set up for success.

  • Assist with the implementation of HR policies procedures and initiatives across the hotel.

  • Coordinate training sessions and learning opportunities to support skill development and career growth.

  • Maintain accurate employee records (contracts attendance benefits disciplinary actions etc.).

  • Provide first-line support for employee relations responding to questions and escalating issues when needed.

  • Help organize engagement and recognition activities that build morale and celebrate success.

  • Assist with performance review processes and feedback sessions.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws health & safety regulations and brand standards.

  • Contribute to HR reports audits and improvement projects as required.

  • Promote a workplace that values diversity equity inclusion and wellbeing.


Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field (HR certifications a plus).

  • 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources ideally within hospitality or a service-driven industry.

  • Strong knowledge of HR processes (recruitment onboarding employee relations training and records management).

  • Familiarity with UAE labor law and employment regulations (or ability to quickly learn).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of empathy and professionalism.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint); experience with HRIS systems is an advantage.

  • A collaborative team player with a proactive and positive attitude.

  • Passion for people and creating a supportive engaging workplace culture.
