About the Role:

We are seeking motivated UAE National Fresh Graduates to join our Clients Tendering team as Junior Proposal Engineer.

This role offers a great starting point in the energy and EPC industry where youll support the development of technical and commercial proposals for largescale projects.

What Youll Learn:

How to analyze tender documents and support the proposal preparation process.
Coordination across engineering procurement and construction teams for bid inputs.
How to assist with cost estimation commercial evaluations and bid formatting.
Gain insights into the full proposal lifecyclefrom prequalification to final submission.
Understand client requirements and compliance standards in international bidding.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Strong interest in commercial and project development functions.
Detailoriented with good organizational and communication skills.
Willingness to work in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment.
