* Provide day-to-day secretarial and administrative support to senior managers.
* Manage correspondence, including phone calls, emails, and official documents.
* Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conferences.
* Arrange travel plans, itineraries, and accommodations.
* Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
* Maintain organized filing systems for confidential and important records.
* Assist in planning and organizing events or corporate functions.
* Ensure smooth communication and workflow between executives and internal/external parties.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field (preferred).
* Proven experience as a personal secretary, executive assistant, or similar role.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
* Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
Full-time
