Job Summary

Being one of the biggest fintechs in the UAE with a growing portfolio ofproducts and services. We are looking for a skilled Cyber Security specialistto enforce the security of our products local and cloud infrastructure.

Support Global/regional Edenred security team onimplementation the information Security Framework including IT resilience strategiesand projects according to Edenred Global standards and maintains qualityservice by following them.
Safeguardsinformation system assets by identifying and solving potential and actualsecurity problems.
Protectssystem by defining access privileges control structures and resources.
Recognizesproblems by identifying abnormalities; reporting violations.
Implementssecurity improvements by assessing current situation; evaluating trends;anticipating requirements.
Determinessecurity violations and inefficiencies by conducting periodic audits / controls .
Ensuring the proper closure of vulnerabilities withclose followup with relevant stakeholder.
Upgrades system by implementing and maintainingsecurity controls.
Maintains technical knowledge by attending educationalworkshops; reviewing publications.
Contributes to local / regional team effort byaccomplishing related results as needed.
Seeks to build security during the development stagesof software systems networks and data centres.
Looking for vulnerabilities and risks in hardware andsoftware.
Finding the best way to secure the IT infrastructureof an organisation.
Building firewalls into network infrastructures.
Constantly monitoring for attacks and intrusions.
When the cyber security specialist finds a potentialthreat or attempted breach closing off the security vulnerability.
Identifying the perpetrator and liaising with thepolice if necessary.
Contribute the preparation of the security relatedreports/committee presentations and collect the relevant KPI/metrics etc. Keeps users informed by preparingperformance reports; communicating system status.

Requirements

5years of experience with a proven record of successfully conceptualizingdesigning and delivering security mechanisms and pen tests.
StrongIT skills and knowledge including hardware software and networks.
Meticulousattention to detail.
Abilityto use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of ITsystems.
Aforensic approach to challenges.
Adeep understanding of how hackers work and ability to keep up with the fastpace of change in the criminal cyberunderworld.
Implement the secure code review practices & tools checkmarx sonarqubeQualys)
Ability to seek out vulnerabilities in ITinfrastructures.
Good level of understanding of security tools andhaving at least administrator level knowledge in one of them (vulnerabilityscan tools Privileged Access Management Systems End Point Detection Tool Data Loss Prevention System Webapplication firewall SIEM
