Position: Receptionist - Arabic Nationalities Only
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Receptionist to join our team at Al Ghurair Asset Management LLC. As a receptionist you will be the first point of contact for our company and will provide exceptional customer service to our clients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Assist Legal Team to prepare Letter & Contracts
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations
Requirements:
- Fluency in Arabic and English is required
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Ability to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times
- Previous experience in the financial industry is a plus
- Typing Skills are Must in Arabic & English
Contract Details:
