Job Description

About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced UAE SST & Moral Education Coordinator with excellent command in Arabic & English to join our dynamic academic team. The ideal candidate will lead the Social Studies and Moral Education programs across relevant grade levels ensuring the curriculum is delivered effectively aligned with UAE guidelines and promotes values of respect and tolerance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning delivery and evaluation of SST & Moral Education curriculum.
  • Support teachers in implementing engaging and interactive lessons.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Ministry of Education/KHDA requirements for Moral Education.
  • Monitor student progress and provide academic guidance where required.
  • Collaborate with school leadership to enhance curriculum quality and relevance.

Requirements:

  • Masters/Bachelors Degree in Education Social Studies Moral Education or related field.
  • Minimum 35 years of teaching experience with at least 2 years in a leadership/coordinator role.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE SST & Moral Education framework.
  • Strong command of both Arabic and English (spoken & written).
  • Excellent communication leadership and organizational skills.
  • Ability to inspire teachers and students alike in fostering moral and cultural values.
