Mission & Responsibilities

The Junior Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing distribution delivering net revenue and profits and brand objectives with designated distributors in Bahrain and Oman. You will lead the joint business plans that create value with our partners by developing Coty brands in the market via leveraging in-store excellence marketing and trade marketing plans ensuring distributor collaboration and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the distributor organization to meet current and future business needs across assigned region.
  • Deliver volume net revenue and market share objectives in assigned region.
  • Define and align negotiated terms sell-in targets sell-out objectives export sales and trade spend strategy with relevant stakeholders.
  • Drive sales performance using regular business reviews and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Manage budgets with discipline and Company guidelines and deliver financial stewardship through trade terms.
  • Collaborate with distributors to set monthly retail sell-in plans based on targets and seasonality
  • Ensure proper inventory control across distributors with clear targets for healthy year-end stock levels.

What youll need to succeed

  • Strong commercial and financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L.
  • Proven track record working with multiple distributors across the Middle East.
  • Experience managing diverse sales channels (e.g. department stores perfumeries hyper/supermarkets).
  • Strategic thinker with strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Bachelors degree in Business or related field.
  • Willing & Abilityto travel within the GCC.
  • Experience with mass-market makeup brands is a plus.
