Key Responsibilities
Core Functions
Develop and maintain internal web tools to support sales processes and reporting.
Write clean efficient code using languages like JavaScript Python or PHP.
Support integration between CRM systems APIs and internal databases.
Troubleshoot bugs and assist in routine tech maintenance.
Collaboration & Communication
Work directly with the Chief Sales Officer to gather tech requirements and prioritize tasks.
Translate non-technical sales needs into software features and solutions.
Participate in team meetings to understand business challenges and suggest improvements.
Clearly document code tools and processes for future maintenance.
Performance Reporting or Strategy
Build custom dashboards and tools for tracking sales KPIs.
Optimize internal workflows using automation or low-code tools.
Monitor system performance and propose enhancements.
Support implementation of software updates and feature rollouts.
Requirements
12 years of experience in software development (internships or freelance projects count).
Familiarity with JavaScript Python or PHP; basic knowledge of APIs and databases.
Strong communication skills and ability to work with non-technical stakeholders.
Attention to detail and eagerness to learn in a collaborative environment.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or related field.
Basic understanding of CRM tools or interest in learning (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot).
Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
