Job Description

Location: Abu Dhabi United Arab Emirates (Hybrid Work-from-home & On-site at Client Locations)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: AED 30000 AED 45000/month (commensurate with experience and domain expertise)

A prominent multi national company is seeking a seasoned Emirati Business Analyst with over 12 years of specialized experience in wholesale or corporate banking lending. The ideal candidate may also bring deep expertise in Information Technology with a track record of successfully implementing Loan Origination Systems within banks or financial institutions.

The role involves collaborating with leading banking clients in Abu Dhabi driving transformation projects that improve operational efficiencies client experiences and compliance across lending products. This is a purpose-driven opportunity for those passionate about elevating the UAE s financial ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for corporate and wholesale lending processes
  • Lead business analysis for digital transformation initiatives especially around loan origination
  • Capture and translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs
  • Liaise with client stakeholders to validate workflows business rules and system enhancements
  • Collaborate with IT and vendor teams during platform integration and implementation cycles
  • Ensure alignment with regulatory frameworks (e.g. UAE Central Bank IFRS 9)
  • Provide support during user testing training and post-go-live adoption


Requirements

  • UAE national with strong communication skills in English and Arabic preferred
  • Minimum 12 years experience in banking operations lending or financial IT projects
  • Proven knowledge of commercial/corporate loan products and workflows
  • Familiarity with platforms like Finastra Temenos or custom-built origination solutions
  • Strong stakeholder management and client engagement skills
  • Experience working across cross-functional teams and agile delivery environments
