We are currently seeking a Junior Procurement Officer to join our Head Office team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organized and detail-oriented individual to grow in a professional and fast-paced environment.
- Assist in sourcing and purchasing materials equipment and services in line with ICS policies.
- Prepare RFQs (Request for Quotations) collect and evaluate vendor offers.
- Support vendor management by maintaining updated records and assisting in performance reviews.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of purchase orders and delivery follow-ups.
- Coordinate with schools and suppliers to track orders and resolve delivery or invoicing issues.
- Maintain procurement records databases and documentation.
- Assist in negotiating prices terms and delivery schedules with approved vendors.
- Ensure compliance with procurement regulations and internal guidelines.
- Support in preparing periodic procurement reports for management.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Supply Chain or related field.
- 1 2 years of experience in a similar procurement or administrative role (preferably in education or corporate sector).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of procurement best practices and vendor management.
- Good command of English.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
