We are looking for a highly personable and serviceoriented Guest Relation Officer (GRO) to join our team at a luxury restaurant. The ideal candidate will be the key point of contact for our guests ensuring their experience is seamless personalized and memorable from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities:
Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and ensure they are comfortable throughout their visit
Manage guest inquiries special requests and complaints promptly and professionally
Maintain uptodate knowledge of restaurant offerings events and menu details
Build and maintain strong relationships with guests to encourage repeat visits
Coordinate with the hostess service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service flow
Monitor guest feedback and work with management to improve service quality
Keep accurate records of guest preferences and feedback for future reference
Assist in managing VIP guests and handling highprofile clientele with discretion
Requirements
Requirements:
Previous experience in guest relations or frontofhouse roles in a luxury hospitality setting
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Wellpresented confident and professional demeanor
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Fluent in English; additional language(s) a plus
Knowledge of reservation or CRM systems preferred
Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude
