The Human Resources Director MEART will report to the International Human Resources Director based at the headquarters in France.

Mission
Provides HR support and advice to Regional Management General Management and Subsidiary General Management in the absence of a local HR Manager providing the service requested by operational staff within the framework of the Groups HR policy aimed at the shared development of the company and its people
As HRBP supports the companys economic performance alongside the business in its actions to improve productivity and efficiency. (Rationalization SFE organizational evolution KPIS management process implementation/security salary surveys people engagement)
Contributes to the design implementation and monitoring of the companys International Human Resources policy within its area of responsibility. Ensures global alignment in collaboration with corporate and regional COE
Supports the Groups transformation plan by implementing the Change Management action plan
Promotes new Ways of working within its scope to improve organizational and process efficiency
Support the growth and development of the local HR team
Inspire/empower/lead subsidiary HR teams: create/animate the global HR community challenge stimulate emulation and highlight best practices develop skills. Ensures excellence in execution
Carries out or participates in specific forward-looking HR studies for the company
Running annual HR cycles in collaboration with local HRBP and COE (compensation cycle talent management engagement people development)
Participate in the determination of salary policy within the various offices or subsidiaries and propose any useful procedural changes in terms of salary increases or compensation structure and ensure follow-up and compliance
Attract and recruit talents
Higher education in Human Resources (minimum Bac 5) or business / management
Minimum 10 years experience in HR in multi country scope
HR Strategic vision and operational excellence
Experience in HR or operational management of commercial audiences is a plus
Experience in setting up/closing subsidiaries or new activities is a plus
Pharma / FMCG experience
Fluency in English essential (working language)
Fluency in Arabic and French is a plus
