You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Sr. Manager Risk Solution Services will lead a diverse team that assists Visa clients in managing the risk of accepting payments online. This will involve fostering robust analytic skills to assess order data and identify emerging fraud trends collaborating with internal and external stakeholders and facilitating professional and credible consultation with Visas clients to implement these strategies using a mixture of Visa and industry tools

Communication and Presentation: Enhances communication within the diverse Risk Solution Services team leads inclusive organizational practices engages with executives fosters relationships for revenue growth and promotes team wellbeing.
Solutions Delivery and Business Ownership: Drives revenue for Risk Solution Services optimizes client acceptance analyzes product-to-service revenue guides internal projects and streamlines team processes.
Industry Knowledge: Continuously upgrades knowledge on industry trends to improve fraud mitigation and acceptance strategies advises on payment ecosystems and stays informed on the competitive landscape.
Professional Development: Encourages team growth acknowledges leadership principles guides competency planning leverages the Multiplier Effect designs career paths and attracts a diverse set of top talent.
Reporting Relationships and Interactions
This role reports to the CEMEA Director Risk Solution Services.
This individual will be expected to interact effectively with direct line management and others at a similar level.
Financial and Organizational Scope
This role is people manager executing Visas business strategy in region (CEMEA) ensuring that Visa clients (merchants partners issuers and acquirers) can transact confidently using Visa products working within a global Managed Services team leading a team of individual contributors supporting clients in their respective regions.
No responsibility for a budget or cost center.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications
-8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications
-9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
-Relevant work experience:
oWorking in eCommerce payment industry
oCollaborating on and with enterprise-wide products projects and programs
oDeriving insights and action items through analysis
oProviding Solutions Delivery/professional services
oProficiency in Microsoft 365 (Office)
oExceptional presentation consultative and communication skills
