Job Description
Our client a prominent family based in Dubai is seeking a highly experienced and discreet House Manager to oversee the daily operations of a luxury private residence. The ideal candidate will have a background in luxury hospitality personal assistant roles or royal/private family experience.
Key Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of household operations including staff supervision and scheduling.

Ensure the residence is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness organisation and service.

Act as the main point of contact for vendors maintenance providers and external parties.

Coordinate private and social events liaising with chefs florists and entertainment.

Maintain household inventories and manage procurement of supplies.

Provide PA-level support including travel arrangements diary management and personal errands.

Enforce household protocols and confidentiality at all times.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Background in luxury hotels royal households or high-net-worth private families preferred.

Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication.
- Highly organised discreet and capable of managing a multi-staff household.

Professional demeanour with a hands-on and proactive approach.
