Job Summary
Ontime Group is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Sales/Business Development professional to join our Marketing Services team. This role involves promoting our specialized marketing services within the healthcare sector and other sectors focusing on driving growth and establishing strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for our marketing services targeted at healthcare providers and other restaurants offices etc.
- Develop strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and enhance market presence
- Build and maintain effective relationships with clients understanding their marketing needs and objectives
- Conduct market research to identify trends client needs and competitive activity
- Create and deliver tailored sales presentations and proposals to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and finalize agreements to secure new business
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment of services with client expectations
- Track sales performance and provide regular updates to management on client feedback and market trends
- Engage in networking opportunities and industry events to represent Ontime Healthcare
Requirements
- Proven experience in Sales or Business Development preferably in marketing services
- Strong understanding of marketing strategies and solutions especially within the healthcare sector
- Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Self-motivated proactive and results-oriented
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools
- Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and client feedback
