Job Description
Position: Procurement Specialist - Packaging
Location: Dubai
Experience: 5 Years of experience in the relevant field (FMCG Retail and Trading Companies)
Qualification: Bachelors degree in Business Finance or a related field.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end packaging procurement with full supply chain visibility.

Align with internal teams and escalate risks promptly.

Validate and prepare shipment documents as per regulations.

Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve invoice/payment issues.

Support NPD by sourcing packaging samples artwork and tooling.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for cost-effective packaging solutions.

Prepare sourcing proposals with cost analysis and supplier recommendations.

Ensure compliance with procurement policies and ethical sourcing.

Contribute to sustainability cost-saving and supplier optimization goals.

Handle the P2P cycle accurately and timely.

Proficient in SAP MM module.
