Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil & Buildings Supervisor to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the construction of various civil and building projects within the oil and gas sector. This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership technical expertise and excellent project management skills. Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise all aspects of civil and building construction projects including planning scheduling budgeting and resource allocation. Ensure compliance with project specifications safety regulations and quality standards. Monitor progress and performance of subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient project delivery. Review and approve construction drawings materials and equipment to ensure compliance with project requirements. Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any potential issues or risks. Coordinate with project managers engineers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Prepare and maintain project documentation including progress reports site records and safety reports. Mentor and train junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge. Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by implementing and enforcing safety procedures and regulations. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil and building construction preferably in the oil and gas industry. Proven experience in managing and supervising construction projects from start to finish. Strong knowledge of construction methods materials and equipment. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Strong leadership and communication skills. Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Fluent in English both written and spoken. Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
