You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are looking for a hungry focused and resilient hunter salesperson with strong collaboration and execution skills to help drive net new business across the Gulf region (GCC excluding KSA).
As a net-new business executive you will be responsible for a focused list of traditionally mid-market target accounts characterized by higher-volume smaller deal sizes. Youll be entrepreneurial proactive in building pipeline and driven to create and close new opportunities. Using a consultative value-based selling approach you will lead with IFSs award-winning products while leveraging the broader IFS portfolio to create value for customers in this region.
You will play a key role in a high-growth market unit undergoing transformative change. As a company IFS is challenging the norm and pushing the boundaries in the global enterprise software space.
Our go-to-market strategy focuses on key industry verticals within specific geographies supported by a matrixed sales organization. This role will be aligned with this strategy focusing specifically on a key industry across the Gulf mid-market segment.
Responsibilities
Execute high-volume sales activities to drive results in a mid-market context.
Own and execute a Go-To-Market strategy tailored to assigned industries and geographies within the Gulf region (excluding Saudi Arabia).
Develop and maintain a clear Territory Plan for your vertical and region.
Prepare detailed Account Plans for each target customer including deal strategies mutual evaluation plans and stakeholder power maps.
Manage the full sales cycle: demand generation understanding customer needs RFI/RFP processes business case development and deal closure.
Collaborate with partners to improve market penetration accelerate deal velocity and ensure strong delivery outcomes.
Own and deliver against annual sales targets with quarterly accountability.
Maintain a consistent pipeline coverage of 4x through ongoing demand generation and prospecting.
Build strong internal relationships within a matrixed organization to leverage cross-functional support.
Ensure full CRM hygiene and disciplined cadence reporting and forecasting practices.
Qualifications :
Proven track record in enterprise or mid-market software sales across the Gulf region preferably in industries aligned with IFSs core focus areas.
Experience in mid-market sales cycles including high-volume lower average deal sizes and shorter sales cycles.
An entrepreneurial mindset resilience and innate curiosity.
Familiarity with CRM systems and strong commitment to data quality and accurate forecasting.
A consistent history of achieving or exceeding quota.
Fluent communication skills in English and Arabic.
Ability to navigate a matrixed organization and build productive cross-functional relationships.
Additional Information :
Prior experience in Asset Management and/or Service Management domains is highly desirable.
