Sales and Business Development:
Relationship Building:
- Influence and network with current and prospective clients both in B2B and B2C sectors to establish relationships at senior levels identifying and addressing business needs.
Lead Generation and Closure:
- Conduct cold calling and emailing to generate leads managing clients through the closing process.
- Attend meetings present to prospective clients and host networking events.
Sales Pipeline Management:
- Track lead generation and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using the companys CRM system.
Prospect Database:
- Prepare and maintain a list/database of prospective clients.
- Collaborate on maintaining a shared database of prospective client information.
Client Interaction:
- Understand client needs provide solutions and support.
- Answer potential client questions and respond to requests for proposals (RFPs).
Collaboration and Planning:
- Collaborate with management on sales goals planning and forecasting.
- Maintain short- and long-term business development plans.
Costing and Estimations:
Tenders and Pricing:
- Handle job costing tenders pricing and commercial documentation.
- Prepare documents for outsourcing tenders.
Revenue and Order Targets:
- Work towards yearly revenue and order targets monitored weekly and monthly.
- Collaborate with sales and leadership to secure retain and grow accounts.
Operations:
Account Planning:
- Develop new business opportunities within client accounts (pull through chargebacks etc.).
Resource Mobilization:
- Actively participate in mobilizing resources upon contract award.
- Monitor monthly cash flows and advise the operations team on P&L control.
Cash Flow Management:
- Determine pitfalls affecting cash flow and advise on corrective steps.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree (ideally Engineering discipline)

- Strong understanding of facilities management technical knowledge and UAE market dynamics.
- Proven ability to develop business strategies plan budgets and articulate business plans.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.

- Proficiency in budgeting costing and financial management.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development specifically in the Facilities Management sector.
- Proven sales track record within Facilities Management Fitouts and Retrofits works in the UAE.
- Must have a valid UAE Driving License.
