Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR and Admin Executive to oversee and manage various HR and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling HR functions such as recruitment onboarding employee relations and benefits administration as well as managing general administrative duties to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
  • Coordinate the recruitment process including posting job openings screening resumes and conducting interviews.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees including orientation and training.

2. Employee Relations:

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns.
  • Assist in resolving employee issues and conflicts.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.

3. Benefits Administration:

  • Administer employee benefits programs including health insurance retirement plans and other employee perks.
  • Assist employees with benefitsrelated inquiries and enrollments.

4. HR Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate and uptodate HR records including personnel files and attendance records.
  • Prepare HR reports as needed.

5. Administrative Support:

  • Manage office administrative tasks including managing office supplies coordinating office maintenance and ensuring a clean and organized work environment.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as required.

6. Compliance and Policies:

  • Ensure compliance with HR policies labor laws and regulations.
  • Assist in updating and implementing HR policies and procedures.



Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR and administrative roles.
  • UAE Experience is a must
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
