Key Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire a regional sales team with a strong customerfirst approach
Take full ownership of annual sales targets budgets and performance plans
Strengthen market presence through proactive territory management and strategic growth initiatives
Work closely with sales agents and partners across key geographical locations
Drive pipeline development customer engagement and sales conversion across all product lines
Deliver accurate forecasting reporting and client quotations in line with business processes
Build seniorlevel relationships with key customers and partners
Continuously monitor market activity competitor trends and identify growth opportunities
Foster a highperformance culture focused on development accountability and results
Ensure alignment with internal policies governance and compliance standards
What Were Looking For:
Proven track record in a B2B capital equipment or technical solution sales environment
Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing crossregional sales teams
Confident communicator with excellent influencing and negotiation skills
Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages beneficial
Highly adaptable commercially astute and driven to exceed targets
Culturally aware and experienced in Middle East market dynamics
