Job Description
We are seeking a professional and responsible Driver Light Vehicle to join our team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a crucial member of our transportation department you will be responsible for safely operating light vehicles to transport passengers or deliver goods within the city and surrounding areas.
- Operate light vehicles safely and efficiently adhering to all traffic laws and company policies
- Transport passengers or deliver goods to designated locations in a timely manner
- Plan and optimize routes using GPS navigation systems to ensure efficient travel
- Conduct basic vehicle inspections and perform routine maintenance checks
- Maintain accurate logs of trips mileage and any incidents or delays
- Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage or goods when necessary
- Provide excellent customer service ensuring a positive experience for all passengers
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members
- Report any vehicle issues accidents or traffic violations promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and exterior
Qualifications :
- Valid UAE driving license with a clean driving record
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a light vehicle driver
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent knowledge of Dubais road network and traffic patterns
- Proficiency in using GPS navigation systems
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Physical ability to assist with loading and unloading when required
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Familiarity with local traffic laws and regulations
