Job Description
Bartender
We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender you will be responsible for preparing and serving a wide range of beverages to our guests while providing outstanding customer service. Your role will involve creating unique and delicious cocktails maintaining a clean and organized bar area and ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience for our patrons.
What will you be doing:
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
- Create innovative and visually appealing cocktails that meet guests preferences and exceed their expectations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests taking orders and recommending drink options based on their preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area including stocking supplies replenishing glassware and cleaning utensils.
- Adhere to all beverage recipes portion control guidelines and quality standards to ensure consistency in taste and presentation.
- Stay knowledgeable about current beverage trends including new cocktails spirits and mixology techniques.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently following proper cash handling procedures.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations including responsible alcohol service practices.
- Assist in monitoring and managing inventory levels placing orders as needed to ensure an adequate supply of ingredients and beverages.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to provide a seamless and enjoyable guest experience.
Qualifications :
Your experience and skills include:
- Service focused personality is essential and a passion for everything food and beverage
- Previous experience as a Bartender in a highvolume establishment.
- Extensive knowledge of cocktails spirits wine and beer.
- Strong understanding of mixology techniques and ability to create unique and balanced drink recipes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer serviceoriented mindset with a friendly and engaging personality.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with pointofsale systems and basic math skills for cash handling.
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as required.
