Job Description

Job Title: HR Supervisor

Role Type: Outsourced Full Time Long Term OnSite

Contract: Standard 2 years

Industry: Automotive

Experience required: Minimum 56yrs GCC experience

Benefits: UAE Employment Visa Medical Insurance and other benefits as per UAE Employment Law


Job Responsibilities:

Be responsible for the human resources planning / plan of the business sector (Sales Functions)

Be responsible for the human resources base work of the business sector (Sales and Functions)

Assist in the implementation of human resources policies systems and key projects in the business sector

Be responsible for the organization optimizationorganize the review and revision workof the organization R&R and job description

Be responsible for regular talent inventory lead to carry out vacancy position management key positions succession plans management promotion / transfer and other staff development related work

Assist in the HR related work such as recruiting training employee relations compensation and benefits performance etc.


Job Requirements:

Degree (Bachelor level) in Economics and management or related

Proficiency in both written and spoken English communication

Candidates fluent in Chinese/Mandarin dialect are preferred.
