• Represent the company on over the phone inquiries such as answering questions on availability of schedule, fee for services, booking cancelations, and managing switchboards in between
• Organize files as assigned admin for monthly reports, customers files, set deadline for records update on different departments for records keeping
• Monitor to ensure that all test results are sent and delivered on time
• Update company database real time as a quick reference to all departments
