Job Description
- Responsible to issue accuratemonthly bills/invoices to customers on time.
- Leads a team comprising of professionalsfocusing on the billing function.
- Provides measurableinput into new processes, standards, and/oroperational plans in support of the organizationsbusiness strategy, with impact on the financefunction and overall results
- Establish high levels of customer satisfaction by managing,operating, and supporting customer servicesactivities related to billing
- Ensure high levels of accuracy and quality ofbilling reconciliation
- Address quickresolution of simple to complex billing queries and complaints bymaking swift decisions within establishedauthority level and by timely escalation to appropriatedepartments
- Analyse and reviewcustomer contracts and billing rates, and ensure that billingsystem is updated
- Provide support tocustomer service for move-outs final billings, customer accountbalancing including deposit refunds, billingadjustments, and move-in of new customers swiftly.
