We have an exciting opportunity for a driven Bartender to join the Pre-Opening team at our Premier Inn Dubai Barsha Heights!
What is the purpose of the job?
As Food & Beverage Service Attendant you are expected to provide a warm, friendly and efficient food and beverage service to our guests, ensuring exceptional service standards are delivered and maintained at all times in line with our guest expectations.
Main responsibilities include:
â¢Welcome, interact and communicate with guests & colleagues in a courteous, friendly and clear manner
â¢Take, prepare and serve guest orders with accuracy while promoting and up selling all products, focuses on maximizing sales in order to drive sales and meet outlet targets
â¢Liaise with the kitchen and bar team to ensure timely service while ensuring the guest meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages
⢠Clear and clean tables as soon as it is apparent that guests have finished their meals in a professional manner
â¢Maintain stock, accurately handle point-of âsale transactions, maintain cleanliness of outlet at all times
â¢Ensure that company Health and Safety policies are followed and adhered to, train all new team members
Requirements
Essential:
Â.
Ideally your background will be from the hotel/F&B industry, and worked as a Service Attendant for a minimum of 1 year in a 3-star or above category hotel.
Â.
Fluent English is a must and other languages would be an advantage.

Accurate and efficient cash handling skills
