- Clean all common areas of the accommodation
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene is maintained at all times, especially in the bathrooms
- Clean all public areas in and around the accommodation
- Prepare room for new associate arriving as per the SOP’s
- Ensure accommodation of the new associate is in hygienic and good condition
- To monitor operating supplies and reduce spoilage, breakage and wastage.
- To handle staff enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and report staff complaints or problems to Team Leader if no immediate solution can be found and assure follow up with staff.
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
- Service focused personality is essential
- Prior experience working in a similar role in a 5 star property
- Fluency in English
