Job Description
• The role will involve working with both open and closed ended funds and will operate as a supporting role to the wider legal team.
• It should also be someone who is accustomed to dealing with regulators and knows how to liaise with them.
• Ideally, this candidate will also have some experience of compliance issues.
• In the absence of Funds specialist expertise, we are happy to consider a corporate lawyer who has been involved in structuring at least one fund.
