Job Description

Black & Grey HR is recruiting for one of the fastest growing insurance companies in Dubai UAE. We are seeking a detailoriented and experienced Finance Recovery Specialist to join our team on a parttime basis. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills a background in finance or accounting and experience in recovery processes within the insurance industry. This role focuses on recovering outstanding debts overpayments and fraudulent claims while ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Responsibilities:

Manage the recovery of unpaid claims overpayments and mispayments in a timely manner
Collaborate with internal teams including finance legal and claims departments to investigate and resolve financial discrepancies.
Analyze financial data to identify trends patterns and potential recovery opportunities.
Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency of the recovery process.
Communicate with clients policyholders and thirdparty providers to resolve disputes and recover funds.
Ensure compliance with relevant legal regulations company policies and insurance industry standards.
Prepare regular reports and updates on recovery activities and outcomes.



Requirements

Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or a related field.
Proven experience in finance recovery debt collection or a similar role within the insurance industry
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of insurance claims processes and financial regulations.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
