• To deliver a perfect customer experience to each students and parents, ensuring they leave the café with a bigger smile than what they came in with.
• Maintaining the highest possible service standards
• Assist in charge in maintaining food safety by monitoring and controlling safe food handling procedure & keeping the food at right temperature.
• Must maintain cleanliness in food service areas and throughout the food establishment.
• Greet customers, record orders, and serve food and beverages with a consistently positive and helpful attitude, including answering questions about the menu.
• Maintain a neat and tidy appearance by wearing a uniform and always adhering to dress code.
• notifying Outlet in charge for any food orders or food shortages.
• Duties may also include helping the kitchen team to prepare foods such as sandwiches, soups, and salads at central production depending on the operations requirement.
