Job Description
- Documenting and maintaining appropriate data history .
- Coordinate logistic concern for all service orders(repair & Spare parts) booked for HOM & SEP.
- Handle coordination for HOM & SEP orders(repair & Spare parts) between customers & sites.
- Follow up with sites all deliveries & documentation requirements.
- Provide monthly analysis on Order backlog & estimated Sales figures.
- Act as a reliever(in case of leave) for the team for processing offers.
- To manage arrangement of Invoices & closing the order in the system.
- Follow up on accounts receivables and coordinate with Finance for payment reconciliation.
