Job Description
1.Contribute in generating business leads to increase profitability
2.Support the Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements
3.Apply appropriate actions to effectively control a telephone call
4.Apply the proper telephone etiquette to satisfy various customer situations.
5.Use an effective approach to handle special telephone tasks like call transfers, taking messages, callbacks, holds, interruptions, and unintentional disconnects
