An export sales manager is responsible for generating and enhancing the sales of the products in other countries.. Thus, the export sales manager responsibilities are of great significance when any business organization needs to expand its business, thereby increasing the profit margins. Develop sales of its range of panel products and services to specifiers, investors and contractors, end users in line with business plan for cold store, food processing, clean room products in the specific regions.
Main duties
Develop and implement the market development plan for the ISOCAB Insulated Panels range
of products for the defined regions.
Project launch to winning order for the cold store food processing panel products, clean rooms,
door products and all related components and subsystems - utilizing company market
intelligence database system.
Technical presentations to all specifiers/investors and contractors, end users focusing on the
application of our range of ISOCAB products, to educate the market ,towards selection of
ISOCAB products.
Define project intelligence requirements and lead the intelligence gathering process to firmly
establish a comprehensive database of construction projects and opportunities for these
products in all these markets.
Analyze information develop a detailed understanding of the route to market and where the
sale opportunities exist (potential and profitable markets).
Develop a commercial organization structure which captures the essence of the opportunities
identified and converts those opportunities to transaction by creating agents network.
Operate pricing price policy ,pricing services ,quotations and price follow-up of panel products
with all perspective clients and contractors with focus on winning all projects quoted project
quantification, product detailing , and pricing support to customers.
Implement the margin protection guidelines ensuring optimum pricing of all products and
systems to gain maximum margin for the business.
Provide periodic report on orders/volumes/prices/forecasting in line with company procedures
and guidelines to the Export manager
Implement promotion plan for panel products in conjunction with divisional Marketing
manager/Export manager.
Evaluate the optimum mix of customers (end users, refrigeration companies, panel installers
etc.) to maximize the activities that ensure achievement of goals.
Create a network which can be a precious source of leads (main European producer of
refrigeration like GEA, processing companies, multinational companies like Danone, etc.)
Main responsibilities
Assist, advise, and participate in the development of, and implementation of, agreed strategies
which grow the volume, and profitability of the business in these markets.
Design, develop, implement , track and report on sales plan including strategies which firmly
place ISOCAB as the supplier of choice in these markets.
Skills/qualifications
Excellent business sales skills (i.e. communication through writing, presentation development,
delivery, and project management).
Monitor and improve computer literacy skills to maximize presentations; model specifications;
delivery; drawings detail; letter writing and project tracking system.
This role involves regular abroad business trips, indeed the Area Sales Manager should work in a
large area as the location of important projects change (the decrease in one country has to be
compensated by the increase in one or several other countries
