You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailYour duties will include but not limited to; answering all incoming telephone enquiries, along with managing paperwork and documentation on behalf of the office
. In addition you will ensure all visiting clients are welcomed to the business in a professional and personable manner. You will be responsible for the smooth running of the office which may also include negotiating with suppliers, trade licenses and other ad hoc duties. There will also be some HR work involved with this role comprising of visa processing, monitoring sick / holiday leave and assisting with recruitment.
