Job Description

Our client, a large healthcare facility in Abu Dhabi, is currently looking for a Personal Assistant who will have the responsibility to provide top level administrative support to the CEO. Other responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Acting as the point of contact between the CEO, senior management team and internal/external clients
  • Screen and directing phone calls and distribute correspondence
  • Handling requests and queries appropriately
  • Managing diary and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Making travel arrangements
  • Taking dictation and minutes
  • Sourcing office supplies
  • Producing reports, presentations and briefs using the latest Microsoft office application
  • Devising and maintaining office filing system

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:

  • A bachelor or diploma holder
  • With minimum 5 years of PA or EA experience, of which 2 years in providing top level support to senior management
  • Should have an excellent command of English language; knowledge in Arabic and another language would be a plus
  • Strong experience in using Microsoft office application
  • Willing to work and be based in Abu Dhabi
  • Have worked in a medical/healthcare facility
