Our client, a large healthcare facility in Abu Dhabi, is currently looking for a Personal Assistant who will have the responsibility to provide top level administrative support to the CEO. Other responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Acting as the point of contact between the CEO, senior management team and internal/external clients
- Screen and directing phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Handling requests and queries appropriately
- Managing diary and schedule meetings and appointments
- Making travel arrangements
- Taking dictation and minutes
- Sourcing office supplies
- Producing reports, presentations and briefs using the latest Microsoft office application
- Devising and maintaining office filing system
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:
- A bachelor or diploma holder
- With minimum 5 years of PA or EA experience, of which 2 years in providing top level support to senior management
- Should have an excellent command of English language; knowledge in Arabic and another language would be a plus
- Strong experience in using Microsoft office application
- Willing to work and be based in Abu Dhabi
- Have worked in a medical/healthcare facility
