Job Responsibilities :

Â.

Procuring the best competitive transportation cost from the vendor and submitting the rates to the CEO upon the vendor approval get the credit terms fixed with the transporter vendor.

Â.

Plan the movement efficiency based on customer requirement and road ban and warehouse timing.

Â.

Upon the operation team/customer service team/warehouse team transport request place the trucks for arranging the collection of the cargo or delivery of the cargo.

Â.

Once movement has been done ensure that the driven submit the relevant document to the operation team.

Â.

Maintain the records for all the transportation payments.

Â.

Monthly reconciliation to be done for all the payment v/s invoicing
