• Determine how food should be presented
• Estimate amounts and costs of required supplies, such as food and ingredients
• Instruct cooks and other workers in the preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation of food
• Monitor sanitation practices to ensure that employees follow standards and regulations
• Work with Head Cook to receive and store food and supplies.
• Check the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that standards are met
Requirements
Qualifications:
• 40 y/o and below
• At least 1 year of UAE experience on the same role
• Must be flexible to be assigned in any branch in Dubai
• Immediate joiner will be prioritized
