Padel Head Coach

A fast growing sports and wellness facility in the UAE is currently looking for a Padel Head Coach. In this role you will develop, conduct, and monitor coaching programs within the club and oversees the programs’ delivery conducted by Junior and external coaches. You will ensure team members develop and maintains healthy relationship with customers.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:

• 5 years of experience as Padel coach or former professional Padel player
• Should have worked in leading role for at least 2 years
• Fluent in English and knowledge in other languages such as Spanish, Portuguese, French, Deutsch and German would be an advantage
• Experience planning and executing various programs within a club or academy
• Have background in sort club management or event or hospitality experience.
• Ideally, a former professional player or a coach in Spain or Latin America.
• Experience as Tennis coach is preferred
