Job Description

A new exciting role has come up for a well experienced Head of Talent Acquisition for a large organization in the UAE. Our client is looking for someone who is able to be operationally involved in recruitment whilst at the same time, create impactful strategies that will help address all recruitment requirements of the business in a more cost effective and efficient way Furthermore, it is important that the Head of TA has an extensive experience in managing team, have implemented various TA projects, developed processes and created various tools to measure performance of the TA team.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:

  • A bachelor degree of any related course, preferably with HR qualification or MBA
  • Strong business partnering experience
  • Extensive background in project management; it would be a plus if you have done a certification in project management
  • Adept in using various Microsoft Office application tools; Familiar in using various tools used in creating dashboards, KPIs, etc
  • Experienced in using ATS
  • Must have a minimum 12 years of experience in TA; of which 5 years in a leading role
  • Willing to work in the UAE
