- Supervise the duties of all stewarding associates and outsourced manpower especially with sanitation, hygiene as well as the quality level of product and services
- Ensure that Back of House areas are maintained to the highest cleanliness standards and cleaning schedules are followed and completed
- Direct and assist Stewards in order to make their clean up more efficient with use of standard water temperature and chemical level for cleaning
- Assist with Banquet plate-ups and buffet by transporting and ensuring adequate stock
- Lead and manage the Stewarding team in all aspects of the department and ensure standards are followed and all necessary actions are taken to reduce breakage of chinaware and glassware; also to reduce loss of silverwares
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Male, 40 years old and below
- High school diploma or any relevant certifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the same role preferably from hotels or high end restaurants
- Immediate joiners will be prioritized
